Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Free standard shipping is available on orders of $150 or more. For orders under $150, the shipping cost will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, or other delays outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

House Of Luxe is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help you with the next steps and assist with filing a claim when applicable.
