Return Policy — Online Orders

We hope you love your purchase from House of Luxe. If something isn’t quite right, eligible online purchases may be returned for store credit only under the following guidelines.

Online Returns
Full-price online purchases must be returned within 14 business days of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

All sale items, jewelry, and swimwear are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Free of makeup, deodorant marks, fragrance, pet hair, smoke, or other signs of wear

House of Luxe reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once an approved return has been processed, store credit will be issued by digital gift card.
